Daniel Sproull
Daniel is a solicitor and a member of Sproull Solicitors LLP. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Agricultural Law Association. Daniel deals with commercial property, business matters (including companies and partnerships), wills, trusts, and probate including litigation.
Having operated a lobster boat with his father for some 40 years, Daniel has an interest in the law relating to sea fishing, and has advised Cornish fishermen on their rights and responsibilities.
Daniel qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and joined the firm in 1993.
