We act in many cases involving wills, or sometimes the lack of a will. Areas where we can help include where

  • a will cannot be found

  • there is more than one will

  • someone thinks they should have been left something and has not

  • someone has signed a will under pressure from someone else

  • a will has been faked

  • someone has been promised something only to find it has been left to someone else

If you think you have should have benefited under a will and have not, we may be able to help, but you will need to act quickly.

A CLAIM MUST BE ISSUED WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF PROBATE BEING GRANTED
